Company Overview

Audio Energy was incorporated in December of 1982. Our original focus was on private label hearing aid batteries. Several years later we entered into an agreement with the battery division of Panasonic Industrial Company to exclusively distribute their hearing aid batteries. In time we expanded into silver oxide (watch) and lithium (calculator, camera, pager, etc.). At one point we were the only authorized North American distributor for all of these products. We have since expanded our horizons and began distributing for Energizer and Rayovac. Currently we are the only US company who is authorized to package and distribute product for all three companies. We have an affiliate relation which gives us access to Maxell batteries for distribution in the US. Since our forte is private labeling, and considering the fact that we already contract package for almost all the major manufactures, our distribution opportunities and supply lines are limitless. This affords us a greater latitude to better serve our customers needs.
